Ethylene absorbing sachets

from $15.00

Ethylene absorbing sachets are used when chilling your bulbs to protect them from ethylene damage (ethylene can cause stunting of growth shoots and roots in many bulbs, including tulips)

Ethylene is produced by fruits, vegetables and flowers, so if chilling bulbs in your fridge along with other fresh produce, you should be including some form of ethylene absorber to protect them (they are also great for extending the life of your veges and keeping them in tip-top condition in your fridge!)

Each sachet is 5g, and will absorb ethylene for approx 2 months (depending on the volume of the enclosed space, and amount of ethylene producing produce stored in there).
